Lincoln Moore's Saturday Preview

BEST: TATALINA (Race 3)

EACH-WAY: BOOMER BEACH (Race 6)

VALUE: REGALO DI GAETANO (Race 8)

RACE 1 - 12:11PM Magic Millions 2YO Sale Handicap (1100 METRES)

SMOKIN’ VAL was brilliant on debut at Murray Bridge when she sat off the speed before powering away to win by four lengths. She draws to get a gun run and was scratched from Melbourne for this. TRIDENT ran really well first-up in Australia, beaten just 2.6 lengths behind So You Can, and draws to be in the mix. THE MULTIPLIER was a good on debut when he led them up, beaten 2.1 behind Celestine. CHOSEN BLONDE will make the speed. She’s drawn out which doesn’t help but was OK at the Valley when ridden off the speed on a heavy track. RICHED was $20-$10 when fifth behind Extra Time in the G3 National Stakes before a break and has the blinkers on for the first time. YULE MY HERO didn’t do a lot wrong in his first campaign. Watch SMOKIN' VAL's latest win here.

SELECTIONS: SMOKIN’ VAL, The Multiplier, Trident

RACE 2 - 12:46PM Plympton Crash Repairs Maiden Plate (1200 METRES)

JONQUEST was a real eye-catching run on debut behind Shojiki when he was slow to get going early before working home very strongly. Draws a middle gate and looks to have upside. FRANKIE PINOT comes to Adelaide after one run back from a spell and has placed at three Victorian runs. He draws an inside gate and looks well suited. KUMO SUN comes to SA on the back of consecutive placings at Pakenham on the synthetic, the latest behind Best Ever. MUSTARI trialled well behind highly-rated stablemate Quietly Discreet and draws a good gate. SHE’S TRICKY has been placed at all three starts and resumes with two trials under her belt. JIMMY WITHA DASH got a long way back and made good ground on a track that suited leaders last time out. Watch JONQUEST's debut run here.

SELECTIONS: JONQUEST, Frankie Pinot, Kumo Sun

RACE 3 - 1:21PM TAB Supports the National Jockeys Trust Handicap (2500 METRES)

TATALINA looks ready to win after two runs back from a spell. She was OK first-up before being narrowly beaten by Ace Of Clubs last time. Getting out to 2500m looks ideal and she’s drawn perfectly. HASTA LA FIORENTE is bursting to break through in similar class and has been freshened for this. If he can settle he’ll be right there late. BERTWHISTLE is super honest and will appreciate the three kilogram claim for Sophie Logan. Her Flemington effort two back was very good and she lost no admirers last time out. MATAS has some upside and should be fitter for one run back when she was very well tried from $8.50-$4.60 behind Persian Empire at Murray Bridge. Stablemate FRANKED will appreciate getting to 2500m after two runs back from a spell and is dual winner this track and trip. The Hickmott pair are value at double-figure odds. OURKHANI is more than capable in a race like this and was a good winner two starts back before dropping in trip and closing smartly late behind Andrea Mantegna last time. Back to 2500m is ideal. Watch TATALINA's latest run here.

SELECTIONS: TATALINA, Hasta La Fiorente, Bertwhistle

RACE 4 - 2:00PM Storm Water Solutions Handicap (1050 METRES)

DAWN SALUTE led throughout to beat Outpost here, looks the leader and the drop back to 1050m with the claim makes him hard to beat again. He’s been $3.50-$3.30 in early markets which is appealing in a race lacking depth. UNBOUNDED went around at big odds and was OK behind Aadelad last time. AKKACAN hasn’t done a lot wrong recently and wasn’t beaten far behind Taken Off last week. ANTRIM’S SECRET bolted in at two Port Augusta runs before a break and is fitter for a recent trial. GOUGERS could run a cheeky race fresh. Watch DAWN SALUTE's latest run here.

SELECTIONS: DAWN SALUTE, Akkacan, Unbounded

RACE 5 - 2:36PM Stockmol Molasses Handicap (1800 METRES)

Looks a nice race for MELODY MAN who was good at his first two runs before scoring a dominant win when leading throughout last time. This is a step-up in class but he stays at 1800m and was scratched from last week in preference to this. SEBONNA won well first up for Peter Hardacre at Naracoorte before being $7.50-$4.60, jumping slowly and hitting the line well behind Tubby Two Tracks last time. He’s lightly raced but looks capable in this type of race. LEORBIT was a nice return to form at Gawler last time and should appreciate stepping out in trip. CAN’T BLUFF ME draws out but is racing well. Stablemates WAIKATO EXPRESS and BARRYMORE aren’t far away. BACK POCKET draws to get a nice run along the inside. Watch MELODY MAN's last start win here.

SELECTIONS: MELODY MAN, Sebonna, Leorbit

RACE 6 - 3:16PM PFD Food Services Handicap (1200 METRES)

Wide open race and the market reflects that. BOOMER BEACH looks ready to fire after two good efforts back from a long break. He went back on a leader-dominated track at Gawler and made good ground last time. This looks a nice race for him and the $8 in early markets is an each-way play. INCAS was a Ballarat winner two back before being sent out favourite there again and making good ground behind From The Stars last time. Perfectly drawn in gate two and should measure-up. PINDARIC eased on debut but was as 1.1 length winner over French Fields at Balaklava. Drawn the carpark but stable on fire. CARLALUISA is another drawn wide but she’s racing well and beat subsequent winner Panzer Princess two back before a good run behind Von Saga. KINGSON is racing really well and scored at big odds two back before another big effort when he pulled good ground off Jacobite Prince last time. He’s drawn to be right in the action. RUNBRO is an ex-Troy and Leon Corstens galloper now with Belinda O’Loughlin. He was placed at Ballarat two runs back. Watch BOOMER BEACH's last run here.

SELECTIONS: BOOMER BEACH, Pindaric, Carlaluisa

RACE 7 - 3:56PM Sublime Coffee on Bray Street Handicap (1600 METRES)

PEARL BANDIT has been racing well and came off the speed to score smartly at nice odds last time out. The mile looks ideal and expect him to be hitting the line strongly again. LORD VLADIVOSTOK was well tried at his Australian debut when he was reeled in late by Illusion. The Michael Hickmott stable is on fire, he draws wide, but has the winkers and Todd Pannell for the first time. SCORPIUS stuck on well here last week behind Aqueduct, draws a nice barrier and looks right in this on his best Melbourne form. DR DEE DEE is racing really well, winning his past two back in class. STEINBRENNER is ex-Ellerton/Zahra now with Travis Doudle. He’s placed at two of his past four and wasn’t beaten far in recent trial. CAMPOBASSO is an ex-Robert Hickmott horse now with Brett Campbell and did win at Warrnambool three back. Watch PEARL BANDIT's latest win here.

SELECTIONS: PEARL BANDIT, Lord Vladivostok, Scorpius

RACE 8 - 4:35PM Seymour Bloodstock Handicap (1200 METRES)

DEXELATION was brave when winning at Moonee Valley two back and ran another solid race when fourth behind Sky Punch in the Leon Macdonald Stakes last time out. He’s only one win from four starts this track and trip but impossible to knock his form – and has the 2kg claim for Jess Eaton. Stablemate REGALO DI GAETANO has won six of 16 and keeps improving. His form early last prep was very good, running very nice races behind Benz in the City Of Marion and Ef Troop in the Christmas Handicap. Wouldn’t surprise to see him run a big race fresh and looks value at $9. STREET LIFE races very well fresh and trialled very nicely for this. ALSVIOR has a good record and was good first-up off a freshen-up behind Kayseri. DANGER DEAL will get a good run throughout from gate three and loom like a winner at some point. Watch REGALO DI GAETANO's latest win here.

SELECTIONS: REGALO DI GAETANO, Street Life, Dexelation

RACE 9 - 5:10PM SAJA Supporting NJT Handicap (Heat 14 NJT Series) (1100 METRES)

INSTANT CELEBRITY has a big boom and was kept in Adelaide for this. She couldn’t have been more impressive at both starts and defeated a smart one in The Brumby to win the Oaklands Plate last time out. She has the class to overcome a tricky wide gate. ECUMENICAL is another promising filly who won three of her first four starts before running fifth behind Ringbolt in the G3 Sires’ Produce here in May. She’s fitter for two trials and looks the danger to INSTANT CELEBRITY. DIMAGGIO has won two of four and beat Calypso Reign at Murray Bridge in June before a break. He draws well and also looks a danger. VIDUKA is another with a lot of upside and he went really well first-up, making ground behind Streetcar Stanger. He’s got a slightly sticky gate but did win his only second-up start. BEAUTY BETTY has missed a place only once in five starts and has some appeal. PORT VALE can run a race at odds from a good gate. Watch INSTANT CELEBRITY's last start win here.

SELECTIONS: INSTANT CELEBRITY, Ecumenical, Dimaggio
