The Races Edit Radio

The Races Edit Radio will be hosted by Miles Pfitzner along with guest tipster and form analyst Tom Hackett from Ladbrokes. Each week the show will provide listeners with up to date information on all things SA racing, covering topical issues, celebrating achievements and giving racing fans a platform to share their passion. It will also cover racing reviews and previews as well as feature interviews from people within the racing community including owners, trainers, breeders, jockeys, vets, stable hands and bloodstock agents.

Hosted by:

Miles Pfitzner

Miles Pfitzner has been involved in horseracing his entire life. His family have both raced and bred thoroughbreds in the South East of South Australia for 30 years, with some of their horses winning multiple country cups in South Australia and Victoria, as well as winning races in Singapore.

Miles has spent time working for Magic Millions and Inglis through their auction sales, Australia wide, and along the way, he has hosted racing and ownership events. These roles have provided him with great thoroughbred pedigree knowledge and afforded him the opportunity to foster close relationships within the racing industry in both South Australia and interstate.

His interest in sport and racing runs deep, with personal connections and interests in AFL, Cricket and the NRL.  His passion for thoroughbred racing in SA can only matched by his enthusiasm for finding winners on a weekly basis.

Miles currently co-hosts the weekly Redlegs Radio show on SEN SA, as well as commentating the SANFL football radio broadcasts on weekends.

FORM ANALYST:

Tom Hackett

Tom Hackett has been writing, talking and analysing sport and racing for the majority of his life and his passion knows no bounds.

The man behind much of Ladbrokes in house analysis, Tom branched out into video a few years ago and quickly gained an online cult following for his highly regarded daily racing tips.

Affectionately known as the Resident Rainman for his near photographic memory of sport, he is also a key member of the acclaimed Moody On the Mic radio show, featuring legendary horse trainer Peter Moody.

Whilst horse racing is his number one passion, there are not many sports which Tom doesn’t have a deep knowledge of.

From NRL to AFL, tennis and even professional and college sports in the United States, Tom can keep you informed of the goings on in all.
