We are currently seeking a trainer with expertise, to deliver training and assessment services across the range of our Equine/Racing programs based from our Adelaide office. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and will need to demonstrate the skills to develop teaching and learning strategies and develop strong relationships with local stakeholders. Interstate and intrastate travel is required.
Key Selection Criteria;
Minimum qualification - Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent;
An appropriate qualification within the Racing/Equine industry with 5 years demonstrated industry experience.
Riding instructor qualifications or 3 years minimum trackrider experience including jump outs.
A commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organisational skills applicable to an educational setting.
Satisfactory ongoing South Australian Police Check and a Working with Children's Check.
Current Australian driver's licence.
