SA trio need your vote in the 2021 All-Star Mile

Three South Australian horses need your help to earn a place in the 2021 All-Star Mile. Behemoth, Regalo Di Gaetano and Morvada have all been nominated for the $5m race at Moonee Valley on 13 March. The 10 horses with the most votes will earn their place in the 1600m race, so get to know your SA nominees and vote now!

Behemoth: VOTE FOR BEHEMOTH HERE

David Jolly’s Behemoth graduated from ‘very good horse’ to dual Group 1-winning star of the turf last spring. After claiming Black Type races in Adelaide and competing in strong events across the border, the big fellow announced himself as a force in Aussie racing with back-to-back 1400m Group 1 wins in Melbourne, taking out the Memsie and Rupert Clarke Stakes.

Regalo Di Gaetano: VOTE FOR REGALO DI GAETANO HERE

A strong last-start winner of the inaugural Listed John Letts Cup (1800m) at Morphettville, held in late October, Regalo Di Gaetano is an emerging talent on the SA racing scene. Also prepared by Richard and Chantelle Jolly, Regalo Di Gaetano is a middle-distance specialist, boasting two wins and a third – the latter in the Murray Bridge Cup – from four starts over a mile.

Morvada: VOTE FOR MORVADA HERE

Morvada’s exciting, on-pace racing style, toughness and quality have stamped him as among SA’s most admired and reliable gallopers. Expertly prepared by veteran horseman Peter Jolly, Morvada showed great spring form in both Adelaide and Melbourne, narrowly missing out on a couple of Black Type wins, to go with his previous Listed success.
