THE 2019/20 Thoroughbred Racing SA Industry Awards, honouring the achievements of the state’s top horses, trainers, jockeys, apprentices and associates, will be staged across three days this weekend.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the first time in the event’s history the awards presentations will take place online, via TRSA’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, on Friday, August 28, Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30, 2020.
TRSA decided against holding Hall of Fame Awards for this year only, as it believes these awards need to be celebrated in full as a racing community – something unachievable online.
